What does the future of the Food & Beverage Industry look like? How is food processing evolving? Which are the key changes associated with digitalisation? How to optimize and improve processes in the Food & Beverage Industry? How to maximize food safety with minimal reduction in operational effectiveness? Which is the role of sensors in the development of reliable processes?
These are some of the questions at the centre of the conference “Future Food & Beverage processing” organized by Baumer – one of the worldwide leading manufacturers of sensors, encoders, measuring instruments and components for automated image-processing – in collaboration with Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV , EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group), ENFIT (the first international association to develop European and international standards for more security, safety and transparency in the supply chain) and others.
The event will take place on the 19th February 2019 at the FICO, the world’s largest food park, in Bologna.
This conference is part of an Food&Beverage International Meeting, lasting 4 days, that will take place for the first time in Italy.
It is expected to attract an audience of about 75 people.
